Alleged Twin Con Artists Prey on Single Women

A Florida con artist who allegedly preyed on single women, might have an identical twin brother pulling the same scam in the D.C. area.
Police in Tampa arrested Jordan Gann Sunday night after he allegedly bilked a woman out of money and is suspected of defrauding several others of thousands more.
Investigators say Jordan has skillfully convinced women he is a pediatric oncologist, a prominent lawyer, or a wealthy real estate investor. Jordan allegedly cons the women into opening a joint bank account and then disappears with their money. After Jordan's arrest, Tampa Police say a D.C.-area woman contacted them saying she too believed she was scammed. Only this time, she accused Jordan's twin brother, Simon.
The 28-year-old Nurse and graduate student said Simon allegedly bilked her out of $4,000 after promising to marry her.
Official say Simon is not charged with any crimes.
His brother, Jordan, remains behind bars in Florida.
Investigators say Jordan goes by several aliases including his brother, Simon's name, as well as Simon Wilkes, Charles Morales, Dr. Shawn Cohen and Dr. Jonathan Marino.
Jordan is also wanted in New Hampshire on similar charges.
